Black Belt Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Instruction in the Mid Hudson Valley

The NYMAG Academy has several locations and affiliates.

We also offer our ranking members (once you achieve your first belt) and Law Enforcement clients training at a private facility. This helps more advanced students to get personal and individual Black Belt instruction and gives Law Enforcement Officers concerned about training with the general public an ideal training environment. All Private and Group Private lessons are held here also.

Our private facility borders a wilderness preserve in the Historic Hudson Valley. We're just one hour north of NYC and minutes away from The Culinary Institute of America, Vassar and Marist Colleges. If you wish to schedule an appointment to try a class, you should do so by clicking here.

Classes are held on a large matted area where you can train without the 'people aquarium' feel of most strip mall schools. We offer instruction to many law enforcement, military personnel and celebrity clients who do not prefer the type of public training that most schools provide. Because we are so close to this areas colleges, we welcome local students and make discounts available. Our students are like family to us and we see to it that each student is given the attention they deserve. Our track record both in competition and on the job proves that our method is most effective.
