We are proud to announce the addition of High Definition Videos to our Online Training program. We have been offering High Definition streaming video for a couple of months and continue to offer smaller video files for our members with slower connections, but we have now upgraded our Download section to include HD Video in larger file sizes for your PC & HDTV. We will continue to offer the same video in smaller sizes for slower connections and ipod.
